Terms and Conditions
BOOKINGS:All bookings must read the Short Term Holiday Accommodation NSW Code of conduct prior to booking https://static.holidaybluemountains.com/uploads/2020/11/Code-of-Conduct-for-the-Short-term-Rental-Accommodation-Industry.pdf . All bookings are to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. We also require a 25% deposit to be paid at the time of booking as confirmation of the booking.
USE OF PREMISES: Holiday use only – no functions/parties/schoolies etc. Caravans/tents/campervans are not to be parked or plugged into holiday properties. No more than the advertised number of occupants to reside at the holiday premises exceeding this number will render the guest liable to cancellation of the booking or an additional charge. Be respectful of neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Immediate termination of the booking without refund may occur. A penalty fee of up to $500 will also apply.
Our agency has a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
Should a guest lock themselves out of a property a $50 after hour call out fee is applicable.
CLEANING: It is the guests responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. Upon vacating the property is to be left clean/tidy, cutlery/kitchen items washed and put away, BBQ cleaned, emptying the fridge and dishwasher, leaving the beds neatly folded back put towels in the bathrooms in the showers. Bins must be emptied and outside bins are to be put out upon vacate. Cleaning or damage charges may apply if property left in unacceptable condition. If there are cleaning/damages upon arrival notify the agency immediately for every endeavor to be made to rectify. No refund will be provided.
Furniture is not to be moved around. Items are not to be moved from room to room. A fee will be charged should this occur.
Breakages, damages & lost keys are to be reported & paid for by the tenant.
BELONGINGS: The agency accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left in a holiday property. We will hold items for 1 week and if not collected/postage paid the item will be disposed of.
CALL OUT: Emergency numbers 4757-2222 OR 0404-476-714. Call out fee $50.00 will apply
REPRESENTATION: The agency accepts no responsibility for misrepresentation of the property (including web/phone/office bookings) and no refund will be provided.
GENERAL: Bookings are accepted in good faith as agents and cannot be held responsible for occurrences out of our control. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel/terminate bookings without reason disclosed, update tariffs and terms/conditions.
SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside any holiday property, guest must discard of cigarette butts into the rubbish bins outside. Cigarette butts discarded into garden beds and other outside areas may incur an additional charge for cleaning.
NOISE: If the agency receives a complaint regarding noise and is required to attend the property, a charge of $50.00 will apply and the booking may be terminated immediately with no refund provided. Council noise restrictions apply
PETS: Strictly no pets to be kept at the holiday property unless advertised as pet friendly. If booking a pet friendly property, the pet must be advised at time of booking and accepted by the agent.
CHECK IN/OUT: Guest check in is 2.00pm (NSW time) and check out strictly 10.00am (NSW time). A fee of $50.00 to $100 can be charged for late checkout. KEYS are to be COLLECTED from our OFFICE 11 Station Street Wentworth Falls on check-in***& RETURNED to our OFFICE on check-out.
Can I get a late checkout?
A late checkout is only available if the property does not have another booking arriving the same day, you have pre arranged it with our office and paid a late checkout fee (usually an additional night's tariff).
******OFFICE CLOSED SUNDAYS WILL ADVISE KEY ARRANGEMENTS FOR CHECK OUT****** After hours key collection and key will be advised close to booking arrival.
AGENCY CANCELLATION: Bookings are taken in good faith on behalf of our owners, In the event the agent must cancel a guest booking (property withdrawn, sold, owner request etc) a full refund (including booking fee) will be provided and every endeavor made for an alternate property to be booked (subject to availability). We regret we cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes made by the landlords.
GUEST CANCELLATION: In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid is not refundable unless at least 4 weeks notice (in writing) of the cancellation is given, or, we are able to re-let the property for the period you have cancelled. In this case there would still be a handling fee of $25.
ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS: alterations to bookings must be in writing and are subject to agency discretion / approval.
